WTM365 (we, our and/or us) recognizes the importance of personal privacy to those who use our services. we want you to understand how we gather and safeguard your information. This policy explains our privacy practices for information that we collect, use, and share from WTM365 Users (collectively users), and the network of affiliates and independent operators that we utilize to arrange service (Chauffeurs).
Our websites and mobile apps are not designed to appeal to children 13 years of age and under and we do not knowingly request or receive any information from children. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
WTM365 informs that we will be using text messages, emails, and phone calls to communicate with you regarding all of your rides & quotes. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date so that we can reach you easily. Thank you for choosing our services.
How we use your information:
WTM365 may collect information about how you interact with our services. This may include access dates and times, pages viewed, app crashes or type of browser. Our website does use cookies and are there as a convenience to you for page preferences and remember me functions. These cookies are exclusively internal to WTM365 and are not shared with any external business partners or 3d parties. We want you clearly know that when we ask you for information, we will use that information to fulfill your request and we may use your contact information to tell you about our products or services we think might interest you or to invite you to participate in a product or services related survey because of the nature of our business.
We have limited control and relationship with 3rd parties to assist us in servicing you, for example, by fulfilling customers’ orders or providing customer service. These services providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide them. Additionally, we have business partners that provide services, some of which are co-branded. We are very clear that we only have some of our own vehicles not all vehicles owned by WTM365 When you request any of services and products from WTM365 are permitting us to provide your personal information to the partner to fulfill your request. We may disclose your information if we are required to by a law enforcement action such as a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.
Independent Operators (Chauffeur) Information:
For Independent Operators (Chauffeurs) we may also collect payment or banking information, vehicle information, licensing and permitting, Government identification number, photo, insurance information and driving record. We might share this information with 3rd party who will use this information to provide services to travelers or their companies and run a driving record check and background check.
Device Information:
WTM365 Receives information from your device when you use our websites or mobile applications this may include IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Location Information - Mobile Apps:
If you are an independent Operators(Chauffeur), we collect location information about the real time location of the vehicle before or during a trip both when the app is open and, on screen and open but not on screen of your device.
WTM365 reserves the right to amend this privacy policy without advance notice and
if you continue to use WTM365 you are agreeing to this policy and any updates.

Billing:
Services are billed to the customer’s credit card or established account.
WTM365 accepts the following cards:
- American Express
• MasterCard
• Visa
• Discover
Gratuity (AKA) Tip is not included & is on the solo discretion of customer/passenger and should be paid directly to the driver and any additional gratuity or cash handed to the chauffeur is at customer’s discretion. Rate includes all fees and is an estimate only. Additional charges for stops, wait time, parking, tolls, admin surcharges, airport fees, airport meet & greets, and taxes may be applicable and determined upon the completion of the trip.
All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are best estimated on reservations and quotes. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
Hourly charter / Event services:
All Hourly or Event Services vehicle types will be billed hourly rate or package rate quoted on reservation. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
Cancellations, Changes & No Shows:
Transfers and airport reservations – Sedans & SUVs
Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs for transfer and airport reservations within two hour of scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge
Hourly Charter and Event services – Sedan, SUVs and Van
Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs for hourly charter and event services within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge.
Hourly Charter and Event services – Stretch Limousines, Minibus & Motor Coach
Cancellation or change of Stretch Limousines, VAN, Mini Bus & Motor Coach for hourly charter and event services within 7 days of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge.
‘No Show’ is when passenger fails to arrive at the designated location or to contact US Limo System within an hour of scheduled pick up time. ‘No show’ fee equal to full charge of the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time.

Other:
Client agrees that there will be no smoking, no alcoholic beverages or no illegal drugs consumed in the vehicles.
In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate the service without any refunds.
Client holds WTM365 harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party.
Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally.
WTM365 will try its best effort to locate any lost items but will not be held responsible for damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
WTM365 and its affiliates shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. The above term and conditions may be modified time to time based on market, availability of vehicles, reservations dates.
All changes that are mutually agreed upon in writing or confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. When you share your information with us, like your phone number or email, we use it to contact you about our products, services, or promotions. We may also use your data for customer service or to improve our website. You can opt-out of receiving marketing messages at any time.
