WTM365 recognizes the importance of personal privacy. We want customers, passengers, website visitors, chauffeurs, independent operators, and business partners to understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we may share it, how we work to protect it, and the choices available to you.

2. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information for Money
WTM365 does not knowingly sell or rent personal information to unrelated third parties for money.
We also do not sell SMS opt-in information, SMS consent records, or mobile telephone numbers to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Some website advertising or analytics technologies may be treated as "sharing," "sale," or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws depending on how those tools are configured. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, WTM365 will provide an appropriate method to exercise that right.
3. Age Eligibility and Information About Minors
Our website, quote forms, reservation forms, and online services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, request a quote, submit a form, create or manage a reservation, or consent to marketing communications. By submitting information through our website or forms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
An authorized adult may provide information about a minor when arranging transportation for that minor. We do not knowingly permit a person under 18 to submit our forms or directly consent to marketing messages. Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental permission. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information improperly.

4.3 Payment Information
WTM365 may collect or receive cardholder name, billing address, payment amount, transaction information, payment status, authorization records, and limited card details such as card type and last four digits.
Full credit or debit card information may be processed directly by an independent payment processor and may not be stored in WTM365 systems.
Customers should never send complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured text messages.
5. Website Usage Information
WTM365 may collect information about how you interact with our website and online services. This may include:

- Access times
- Pages viewed
- Browser type

Where required by law, WTM365 will provide appropriate notice and choices regarding optional cookies. Users can also manage cookies using browser settings. Blocking required cookies may cause parts of the website or reservation system to function incorrectly.
8. Communications With Customers and Passengers
WTM365 may use text messages, telephone calls, emails, and other communications to respond to inquiries and provide requested transportation services. When you provide contact information in connection with a quote, reservation, active trip, payment, account, or customer-service request, we may use it for communications reasonably related to that request. Marketing communications require any consent required by applicable law and are handled separately from service communications.
9. Transactional SMS and Text Messaging
WTM365 may send nonmarketing messages concerning quote responses, reservation confirmations, pickup instructions, chauffeur information, schedule changes, trip status, flight information, payments, receipts, safety matters, account notices, and customer support. These messages help us provide or administer services requested by the customer, passenger, or authorized travel arranger. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Marketing Text Messages and Consent
WTM365 sends marketing or promotional text messages only when legally required consent has been obtained. If you separately opt in, you expressly consent to receive recurring promotional text messages from WTM 365 Inc. dba U.S. Limosystems at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using transportation services. Marketing consent is specific to WTM 365 Inc. dba U.S. Limosystems and is not consent for unrelated third parties or affiliates to market their own products or services.
11. SMS Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages. We will also honor reasonable requests that clearly communicate a desire to stop, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Reply HELP for help, call or text +1 516-217-5555, or email booking@wtm365.com. We may send one text confirming that the opt-out was processed. Necessary nonmarketing messages concerning an active reservation, requested service, safety matter, or account may continue when permitted by law.
12. SMS Privacy and Consent Records
SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, and telephone numbers collected for SMS messaging are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may maintain records showing the disclosure presented at opt-in, the date, time, source, and method of consent, the mobile number, message activity, and opt-out requests. We may provide limited SMS-related information to service providers that help deliver messages, operate messaging technology, maintain consent records, process opt-out requests, provide customer support, maintain security, or comply with law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.
13. Email Communications
WTM365 may send emails relating to quotes, reservations, payments, receipts, transportation updates, customer support, account information, and other requested services. WTM365 may also send marketing emails when permitted by law.
14. Email Opt-Out
If you no longer want marketing emails from WTM365, you may use the unsubscribe link included in the message, or reply UNSUBSCRIBE. WTM365 will process valid marketing-email opt-out requests within the period required by applicable law.
Even after marketing email is stopped, WTM365 may continue to send necessary transactional or relationship emails concerning reservations, payments, customer-service requests, safety issues, receipts, account matters, or other requested services.

16. Information Shared to Fulfill Transportation
WTM365 works with third parties to help provide transportation and customer service. These may include independent chauffeurs, independent operators, affiliated transportation companies, subcontractors, dispatch providers, reservation-system providers, payment processors, communication providers, cloud providers, customer-service providers, insurance providers, professional advisers, and other business service providers.
When necessary to provide transportation, customers authorize WTM365 to provide relevant information to those parties. Information may include passenger name, telephone number, pickup address, destination, flight information, vehicle requirements, special instructions, passenger count, luggage information, and other information necessary to fulfill the reservation.
17. Independent Operators and Chauffeur Information
WTM365 may collect additional information from independent operators and chauffeurs that is not normally collected from passengers. This may include:

- Address
- Telephone number
- Email
- Payment information
- Banking information
- Vehicle information
- Driver license information
- Professional licenses
- Permits
- Government identification information
- Photograph
- Insurance information
- Vehicle registration information
- Driving record
- Background-check information
- Tax-related information
Other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility, arrange transportation, process payments, or comply with applicable requirements may also be collected.
WTM365 may provide relevant operator information to vendors or other parties that assist with driving record checks, background checks, compliance, insurance, payment processing, transportation operations, safety, customer service, or other legitimate business purposes.
18. Independent Operator Location Information
If you are an independent operator or chauffeur using a WTM365-connected application or technology platform, WTM365 may collect location information relating to the vehicle. This may include real-time or near-real-time location before, during, or after an active trip when necessary for transportation operations.
Depending on application settings and permissions, location information may be collected when the application is open and visible on the device, or running in the background.
Location information may be used for dispatch, pickup coordination, trip tracking, passenger communication, customer support, safety, route coordination, service verification, billing support, operational management, and other legitimate transportation purposes.
Location collection is subject to applicable law, device permissions, application settings, and any additional notices provided to independent operators.
19. Corporate Clients and Travel Arrangers
Transportation may be booked by someone other than the passenger. This may include an employer, executive assistant, travel manager, hotel, concierge, travel agency, event planner, family member, corporate client, meeting planner, or other authorized arranger.
When appropriate, WTM365 may share reservation-related information with the person or organization that booked the transportation, authorized the transportation, or paid for the transportation. Information shared may include reservation status, pickup information, trip details, charges, service completion information, and other information reasonably connected with the reservation.
20. Service Providers
WTM365 may share necessary information with companies that help us operate our business. These may include providers of:
- Payment processing
- Reservation management
- Dispatch
- SMS
- Email
- Website hosting
- Cloud storage
- Data security
- Fraud prevention
- Accounting
- Insurance
- Analytics
- Advertising
- Customer service
- Technology
- Professional services
These providers may use personal information only as permitted by their agreements, applicable law, and the services they provide to WTM365.
21. Legal and Safety Disclosures
WTM365 may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or permitted for a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law-enforcement request, government request, regulatory request, licensing requirement, insurance requirement, legal claim, fraud investigation, safety investigation, protection of passengers, protection of personnel, protection of property, protection of the public, or compliance with applicable law.
22. Business Transactions
Personal information may be disclosed or transferred if WTM365 is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, business transfer, or similar transaction. Any handling of information in such a transaction will remain subject to applicable law.
23. Payment Information and Security
Payment-card transactions may be processed by independent payment processors. WTM365 may retain limited payment-related information such as card type, last four digits, transaction identifier, amount, authorization status, payment date, billing information, and payment history.
This information may be used for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention, payment disputes, refunds, tax records, and legal compliance.
WTM365 does not recommend sending complete payment-card information through normal email or unsecured text messages.
24. Data Retention
WTM365 keeps personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes. These purposes may include transportation services, reservation history, accounting, taxes, insurance, payment records, fraud prevention, customer support, compliance, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and contract enforcement.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, legal obligations, business needs, insurance requirements, and security considerations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, WTM365 may delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it.
25. Data Security
WTM365 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Depending on the system and information involved, safeguards may include access controls, authentication procedures, secure payment processing, vendor management, system backups, security monitoring, account protections, internal procedures, and secure information disposal.
No website, mobile application, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, WTM365 cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a data-security incident occurs and applicable law requires notification, WTM365 will provide legally required notice.
26. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the ability to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, opt-out of certain targeted advertising, opt-out of certain sharing or sale, and appeal of certain privacy decisions.
Privacy rights are subject to legal exceptions. WTM365 may keep information where permitted or required for active reservations, security, fraud prevention, tax records, accounting, insurance, legal compliance, dispute resolution, protection of others, or legal claims.
WTM365 may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
27. Third-Party Websites and Services
The WTM365 website may contain links to maps, payment services, social networks, review websites, booking platforms, transportation providers, or other independent third-party services.
WTM365 does not control the privacy practices, security practices, or content of independent third parties. Information provided directly to another company is governed by that company's policies. A link does not necessarily mean that WTM365 endorses or controls that company.
28. Changes to This Privacy Policy
WTM365 may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes may be made because of technology changes, business changes, new vendors, new services, legal requirements, privacy requirements, security changes, or other operational reasons.
The latest version will be posted on the WTM365 website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, WTM365 will provide it.
Continued use of WTM365 services after an update means the updated policy may apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.
